Acrisure has launched Auris AI, an applied AI platform built with Palantir technology to connect data, workflows and AI-assisted decision-making across its insurance and financial-services operations.

The platform brings client, carrier, contract and operational intelligence into a shared framework built on Palantir’s Ontology and AIP. Acrisure says access is governed by permissions and controls, with the system intended to help teams surface opportunities, manage risk, coordinate work and support client decisions.

Auris AI is positioned as an operating layer rather than a standalone chatbot. The product organizes business logic and workflows alongside operational data, targeting a recurring insurance-industry problem: work distributed across fragmented systems and multiple companies.

Acrisure says the platform is already being integrated into its operating model and plans to expand its capabilities and collaboration with clients, carriers and other partners. The companies also say they will continue work on responsible AI deployment, data governance and enterprise controls.

The launch confirms a production-oriented use of Palantir’s enterprise AI stack inside a large insurance group. Acrisure has not published independent benchmarks, quantified productivity gains or customer outcome data for Auris AI, so AiToolMap treats performance and efficiency benefits as vendor claims until stronger external evidence is available.
