Blue Machines AI has launched Aurora, a speech-to-text model designed specifically for banking, financial services and insurance conversations in India.

The model targets real-time calls that mix English, Hindi, Hinglish and other language patterns, including noisy or low-bandwidth telephony. It is also tuned for financial vocabulary and identifiers such as EMIs, interest rates, policy numbers and transaction IDs.

Blue Machines says Aurora can run as a managed cloud service, inside an enterprise VPC or on premises. That deployment flexibility is particularly relevant in regulated environments where voice data may be sensitive.

The company has published its own accuracy, latency and concurrency results, but those remain internal benchmarks. Public information is not yet sufficient to establish the exact standalone licensing and API surface.
