Fund Recs has launched an Agentic Platform and a managed Fund Recs AI Ops service aimed at bringing specialized AI agents into regulated fund-operations workflows.
The platform uses a family of task-specific agents rather than a single general assistant. Three agents are already live in client production: an in-app support agent, a document-extraction agent and a template agent that drafts deterministic transformation rules from natural-language instructions. Resolution and Controls agents are planned to extend the system into exception triage and conversational control building.
The shared foundation uses the open Model Context Protocol. Fund Recs says agent actions inherit the initiating user’s permissions, are recorded in an audit trail and can be held for human approval before outputs feed operational controls. The company also says client data remains inside the Fund Recs environment and is not used to train large language models.
Fund Recs AI Ops packages the same agent portfolio with human fund-operations practitioners who run reconciliations, document processing, exception investigation and reporting for clients. The operating model keeps agents in a preparation role while people retain review and sign-off.
Fund Recs reports substantial usage and efficiency figures for the agents already in production, including document-processing and template-creation savings. Those figures come from the vendor and have not been independently validated, so AiToolMap records them as vendor-reported evidence rather than independent performance proof.
