Huawei announced five enterprise service and software solutions at HUAWEI CONNECT on September 19, alongside an expansion of its O3 partner platform. The portfolio covers network integration, computing-platform lifecycle services, industry operations and maintenance, mobile money for retail banking, and AI workforce development.

The proposed deployment model combines infrastructure planning, digital twins and specialized agents. O3 adds SaaS capabilities for partner service platforms, more than 60 scenario-specific capability packages and over 20 agent applications, according to Huawei. Multi-agent coordination is intended to connect tasks across service workflows.

The practical focus is the work required to put AI into existing production systems: integration, operating reliability and staff capabilities. Huawei's delivery-time, efficiency and reliability figures are vendor claims, rather than independently reproduced results. The announcement describes a services portfolio and partner ecosystem, so buyers should establish the scope, regional availability and contractual service levels of an actual engagement before treating the headline capabilities as a ready-to-use product.
