Loadsmart launches AI agents backed by freight operators

Loadsmart launched a set of AI agents for enterprise freight workflows on September 17, 2026. The agents are designed to handle repetitive work such as emails, phone calls and manual data entry inside shippers existing systems. Customers can begin with a defined high-volume workflow and set rules and guardrails without migrating to a new platform.
