Notion has published updated pricing and availability details for its Custom Agents feature on its product page. According to the vendor, Custom Agents are free to use on Business and Enterprise plans (including Business trials) through May 3, 2026. Starting May 4, 2026, Custom Agents will consume Notion credits at a rate of $10 per 1,000 credits, with agents automatically pausing if a workspace's credit balance is exhausted.
Custom Agents, as described by Notion, automate recurring multi-step work across a workspace and connected tools on a schedule or trigger basis. The feature is positioned as a team-level automation layer: one person configures the agent and the entire team benefits. Notion states that admins on Business and Enterprise plans can manage who can create Custom Agents and can disable agents at any time.
