At the SAP Transformation Excellence Summit in Atlanta, SAP announced the latest innovations for its Business Transformation Management portfolio, including new AI capabilities for SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, WalkMe and SAP Cloud ALM. SAP Signavio’s new Process Consulting Agent adds process‑mining to identify bottlenecks and recommend AI agent use, while the redesigned Process Modeler introduces AI‑native design, integrated governance and real‑time collaboration. The suite also adds a preview of SAP Company Memory to provide a single source of organizational rules for both people and agents, and expands SAP Signavio Process Intelligence with more autonomous monitoring. SAP LeanIX introduces an AI Enterprise Architect Assistant that combines live workspace data, benchmarks and best practices, and an AI Governance Assistant that embeds EU AI Act and NIST compliance into its agent inventory. WalkMe’s updates include contextual AI assistance that surfaces AI tools within applications, a UI‑native agent that can operate legacy interfaces, AI Authoring for plain‑language workflow design, and AI Insights for data‑driven performance dashboards. Finally, SAP Cloud ALM now offers AI agent monitoring to track agent actions in production and verify outcomes. SAP describes these features as the operational backbone for the autonomous enterprise, enabling enterprises to deploy, govern and scale AI agents across the organization.
