Sokin launches MCP connector for agentic payment workflows

Sokin has launched a Model Context Protocol connector for its global financial platform. The connector lets authorized finance teams use AI assistants including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity to retrieve wallet and payment information, obtain FX quotes, create or find beneficiaries, and prepare currency exchanges or cross-border payment instructions. The AI prepares the operation, while execution remains subject to human confirmation and the customer’s existing approval and governance rules. The release is a notable move from read-only financial AI integrations toward controlled agentic execution on licensed payment infrastructure.
