Writer launched Enterprise Brain on September 9, a shared context layer designed to give enterprise marketing and revenue agents access to organizational knowledge, brand standards, decision logic and live business data. The product is entering early access for select customers.

Enterprise Brain includes Agent Memory, which captures team-level decisions and signals so they can be reused across future agent workflows instead of remaining tied to one user or session. Writer also says the layer can encode brand and compliance standards that are applied across agents and outputs.

The launch extends beyond memory. Writer Meet is available across Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, while Writer has also introduced integrations for Slack and Microsoft Teams. Writer Meet, Writer for Slack and Agent Memory are generally available; the Microsoft Teams integration is expected later.

The important shift is the scope of context: Writer is moving memory and governance from an individual-assistant feature toward a shared organizational layer. That could make agent outputs more consistent across teams, although the value will depend on how accurately the system captures, updates and governs enterprise knowledge in real deployments.
