AfterShip Agent is a merchant-facing AI layer for post-purchase operations rather than a shopper chatbot. Its current surface spans shipment-exception handling, Returns Analytics and RMA review. For delivery exceptions it gathers shipment and order context, drafts a resolution for approval and can support follow-up actions such as customer messaging, carrier investigation or policy-based resolution. In Returns Analytics it can summarize dashboards, compare periods, identify drivers and connect operational and revenue metrics through follow-up questions. The RMA Review Agent adds fraud-risk assessment and recommended actions for low-risk returns. 123
AfterShip does not publish a standalone incremental price for AfterShip Agent. Current first-party material places the Agent in limited general availability for eligible Premium and Enterprise customers, while the RMA Review surface is currently limited to US merchants.
