Product sources: Coworker AI official pricing/product surfaces + independent funding/company corroboration
Coworker AI review
Updated 2026-09-12
Product & capabilities
What it does
Coworker AI is an enterprise AI workspace built around organizational memory, multi-model routing, autonomous agents, meetings, coding and connectors. Its OM2 layer builds a permission-aware graph across connected company systems, while Coworker MCP makes that organizational context available to MCP-compatible clients such as coding and AI assistants.

Evidence & trust
Evidence limits
AiToolMap did not deploy Coworker in an enterprise workspace or reproduce OM2 benchmarks. The fixed 50-source panel produced no eligible exact-product numeric review. An Apple App Store result under the same name belongs to a different Coworker LLC product tied to coworker.im and was excluded as an identity mismatch. Vendor outcome and benchmark claims are therefore not used as external numeric inputs. The 8.4 rating is LOW-confidence and not rank eligible.
Safety & Trust
Coworker can connect to highly sensitive systems and agents can take actions across them. Current materials describe permission-aware memory, OAuth, SSO/RBAC, encryption, audit trails, no training on customer data, approval gates and MCP read-only defaults. The Secureframe trust center provides useful assurance evidence, but enterprises should still validate the scope of reports, retention, data residency, subprocessor/model-provider paths and write permissions for each deployment. 1234567
Strengths & weaknesses
Strengths
The integration surface is a major strength. Coworker documents 50+ OAuth connectors spanning CRM, communications, project management, knowledge, engineering, data, support, finance and other enterprise systems, plus custom integrations and REST access at higher tiers. MCP is read-only by default and inherits Coworker permissions. Pricing is also explicit: Pro is $29.99 per user/month billed annually, Max is $149.99, and Enterprise is custom. Current trust materials identify the legal entity as Village Platforms, Inc.; a Secureframe trust center exposes a SOC 2 Type II report and a third-party penetration-test attestation on request.
Weaknesses
The largest gap is independent product evidence. Coworker's strongest OM2 claims—large cost reductions, faster retrieval and preference rates in pairwise evaluation—come from its own benchmarks. The product has meaningful company backing and an active feature surface, but there is still little third-party evidence showing how the memory architecture performs across different organizations, permissions and messy real-world data over time. The broad read/write connector surface also makes governance and rollout design important.
