AI tool listing.
Pandada AI is a browser-based data-analysis assistant designed to turn uploaded files into charts, explanations and decision-oriented reports through natural-language questions.1 The current workspace supports common structured and unstructured formats including CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF, PPTX, Word documents and images. Basic users can work with up to 10 files per chat and Plus users up to 20, allowing cross-file analysis rather than a single-spreadsheet chat experience.12
The product is broader than conversational Q&A. Pandada exposes one-click shortcuts for recurring operations such as chart generation, file merging, PDF-to-Excel/Word conversion, table extraction, duplicate removal and data cleaning.134 This makes it closer to a lightweight analysis-and-transformation workspace than a pure “chat with CSV” interface.
The output layer is practical for knowledge work. Pandada says reports can be downloaded as Markdown or PDF, exported to Google Docs, and—on Plus—generated into PowerPoint; charts can be exported as PNG, JPG or SVG.1 The current product is explicitly positioned for business reports, academic research, sales analysis, survey results and financial modeling rather than as a full enterprise BI semantic layer.
Pandada’s About page emphasizes explainability: it says the system lays out fields, logic and evidence so users can understand why an answer holds, while shortcuts capture repeatable analytical habits.5 That is directionally useful, but the public documentation does not establish that every generated conclusion has a complete, reproducible calculation trail. A Product Hunt maker response from launch said Python code was exposed for each transformation step; this is maker-reported launch evidence, not a current independently verified guarantee across every workflow.6
The platform is currently individual-first. Users can share analysis results by link, but the main site says real-time team collaboration is still planned rather than generally available.1 The About page similarly describes planned connections to Google Drive, OneDrive, Notion and Confluence as “coming soon,” so those integrations should not be treated as current production capabilities unless the account UI shows otherwise.5
Pandada also publishes specialized utility pages for tasks such as text-to-table, image-to-Excel, data explanation and smart data cleaning.7384 These can be useful for one-off transformations that do not require a full analytical conversation. However, several of these pages make very strong “99.9% accuracy” claims without publishing a test set, methodology, error bars or independent validation.84 Those figures should therefore be treated as marketing claims, not measured product-quality evidence.
Pandada currently has two public tiers. Basic is $0/month and includes 5 AI chats per day, 5 web searches per day, 10 files per chat, 80 MB total upload size per chat, 5 generated reports per day and 100 MB of storage.2 The main FAQ also describes Basic as the default free starting plan and says no paid trial is required to begin testing the product.1
Plus is currently $19/month, or $16.60/month equivalent on annual billing; the pricing page advertises a $29 annual saving.2 Plus includes 500 AI chats per month, 500 web searches per month, 20 files per chat, 200 MB total upload size per chat, 100 report generations per month and 1 GB of storage.2 PowerPoint export is also identified as a Plus feature on the main site.1
The current official pricing is important because older 2026 directory pages still cite $9.90/month. The official page crawled in August 2026 now shows $19 monthly and $16.60 annual-equivalent, so older $9.90 references should be treated as stale.29
The Terms say subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, renew unless canceled, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.10 Partial billing periods are generally non-refundable, although Pandada says users may request a refund after extended service downtime caused by Pandada. Pricing changes may be made with at least 30 days’ advance notice by email.10
Usage limits are central to the value proposition. Basic’s five daily chats are enough for occasional evaluation but can be restrictive for exploratory analysis; Plus’s 500 monthly chats averages roughly 16–17 per day if usage is evenly distributed. The separate web-search and report-generation quotas also mean that “500 chats” is not the only capacity constraint.2
Independent exact-product evidence remains thin: major software-review, technology-news, benchmark and user-rating sources do not currently provide a substantive Pandada AI review corpus. That absence is not negative evidence, but it materially limits confidence about satisfaction and production reliability.
Product Hunt is the clearest current adoption/launch surface. Pandada ranked #1 Product of the Day and #4 of the week on its January 29, 2026 launch and has no formal Product Hunt reviews on the current page.6 The maker also reported that a predecessor engine launched in China in January 2024 had reached 3 million users and 1,000+ enterprises. Those figures are historical first-party predecessor claims, not verified current global Pandada customer counts.6
Outside first-party sources, AIChief assigns Pandada an editorial 4.5/5 and high sub-scores for data-analysis accuracy and report quality.11 Those figures are an editorial house assessment rather than a disclosed user-review sample or controlled benchmark, so they are useful qualitative context but should not be read as a user-satisfaction measure. ToolRadar likewise tracks zero reviews for the product, reinforcing how thin the independent customer corpus remains.9
Privacy documentation is more substantive than many early-stage AI tools, but it contains an important scope inconsistency. The general Privacy Policy says uploaded files and data may be stored, are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are retained until account deletion; after deletion, account/uploaded data and deleted chats/files may take up to 30 days to be permanently removed.12 It also says queries and uploaded data may be processed by third-party AI providers, without naming the specific model providers in the policy.12
By contrast, specialized utility pages such as Text to Table, Explain Data and Smart Data Cleaning state that data is “never stored” or is automatically deleted after processing.784 These statements may describe a separate utility-processing path, but the current documentation does not clearly explain when the zero-storage behavior applies versus the account-level retention model. For sensitive or regulated data, that distinction should be resolved before production use.
The main FAQ says Pandada never uses customer data to train AI models and that users retain ownership.1 The Terms similarly state that users retain rights to uploaded data and own generated reports, charts and outputs, while granting Pandada a limited license to process/store content to provide the service.10 The Privacy Policy says Pandada does not sell personal information but can share data with payment processors, cloud infrastructure and third-party AI providers as needed to deliver the product.12
No current public SOC 2 report, independent penetration test, HIPAA commitment or named enterprise security certification was located on the reviewed public surface. That absence is not evidence of insecurity, but it means organizations with strict procurement controls should request security documentation directly rather than infer enterprise readiness from encryption claims alone.
Output-quality evidence is the other major gap. Pandada’s pages use language such as “reliable results,” “McKinsey-level” reports and 99.9% accuracy on several utilities.184 No controlled benchmark or independent reproducibility study was found to validate those claims. Users should therefore verify high-stakes calculations, data cleaning and generated recommendations against source data.
Pandada is best suited to individuals who regularly receive messy files but do not want to build dashboards, formulas or Python notebooks for every question. Business analysts, consultants, founders, marketers, sales operators, finance teams and researchers can upload multiple files, ask plain-language questions and turn the output into shareable charts or reports quickly.1
It can also be useful for analysts who already know the technical work but want to accelerate repetitive preparation. The About page explicitly targets data cleaning, field matching, lookups, preliminary analysis and visualization drafts as work the assistant can absorb before a human applies judgment.5 That positioning is more credible than treating the system as a replacement for professional analysis.
The specialized converters are useful for occasional operational work: extracting tables from images, structuring text, deduplicating datasets or standardizing messy fields without opening a larger BI stack.374 The free tier is enough to test these workflows at low volume.
Pandada is a weaker fit for teams that need mature collaborative BI governance. Real-time team collaboration is not yet generally available, and the public site describes several cloud/content integrations as future work.15 Enterprises that need shared semantic models, granular role-based governance, audit logs, scheduled pipelines and formal SLAs should compare more mature BI/data platforms.
It is also a weaker fit for highly sensitive datasets until the retention scopes are clarified. The general Privacy Policy permits account-level file retention and third-party AI processing, while some utility pages say files are never stored after processing.128 A legal, healthcare or regulated-data workflow should obtain a precise data-flow/retention answer before uploading production data.
Finally, users who need statistically defensible, reproducible analysis should treat Pandada as an accelerator rather than an authority. Natural-language convenience does not remove the need to verify formulas, joins, assumptions, missing-value handling and causal interpretations—especially because the current public evidence does not independently validate the platform’s strongest accuracy claims.
