CoreBase has matured from an early-access data assistant into a credible governed-agent infrastructure layer: live data access, per-user scoping, read-only defaults, approval-gated writes, audit trails, an embeddable agent API and an open-source outbound-only CoreMCP bridge are a coherent architecture. The main blocker is contractual maturity: current Terms contain generic anti-automation restrictions that conflict with the API/SDK product and expressly exclude important regulated-use categories even while Enterprise is marketed for regulated and air-gapped environments.
