RiskAssure review

Product & capabilities

What RiskAssure is

RiskAssure combines outside-in vendor cyber-risk signals, an evidence-controlled security trust center, cited question answering and questionnaire review in one workspace.1 The current public surface targets security teams, risk/compliance, procurement, vendors and advisers.

Product workflow

The documented workflow separates public signals from company-approved evidence, lets organizations maintain public, gated and internal-only evidence, answers questions from approved sources with citations, and routes unsupported or low-confidence answers back to a person.1 Questionnaire responses remain subject to human review and the product explicitly states that nothing is sent automatically.

Risk signal and methodology

RiskAssure describes an eight-component point-in-time Index covering vulnerability exposure, security posture, dark-web/breach signals, third-party context, breach prediction, reputation, firmographics and attributable IP reputation.1 The site explicitly distinguishes limited data, no finding and not-measured states and states that the Index is not a certification or purchasing decision. Breach prediction is described as a forecast rather than a guarantee.

Pricing & access

Pricing and access

For vendors, the public trust-center offer is currently $0 with no monthly fee, no card, unlimited questionnaires, an approved content library, controlled evidence sharing and access/NDA protection.1 Buyer-side assessments and managed risk services are separate, but a durable public buyer price was not verified, so paid-value conclusions remain limited.

Evidence & trust

Safety & Trust

RiskAssure is a defensive security-assurance product, but security scoring can still influence consequential vendor decisions. The public methodology therefore matters. The current site states that public ratings are passive by default and that active vulnerability testing should occur only with explicit authorization. It also warns that no observed vulnerability is not proof of safety, inferred third-party relationships should be verified, public reporting is contextual rather than technical proof, and outside-in scores do not equal vendor approval.1 AiToolMap treats these boundaries as positive transparency signals, not as validation that the underlying detection or prediction models are accurate. Sensitive evidence can be public, access-gated or internal-only; source-backed answers and questionnaire exports remain under human approval.

Evidence maturity

The September 10 commercial launch is corroborated by exchange/newswire syndication, while 2025 reporting documents Wisr AI’s acquisition of the RiskAssure asset.23 These sources establish provenance and launch timing but largely reproduce company claims. The active 50-source AiToolMap panel produced no qualifying current independent numeric rating, benchmark or exact-product hands-on review.
