Sembly 3.0 reframes Sembly from an AI meeting assistant into an agentic production system for client-facing work. The current product surface can assemble context from meetings, documents, CRM records, websites, knowledge bases and persistent client/project history, then produce branded proposals, pitch decks, statements of work, project plans, status reports, QBRs, briefs and campaign reports. Outputs can be exported as editable PowerPoint or Word files, with users steering the build and approving the result before it leaves the workspace. 1
Meeting intelligence remains a core input layer: Sembly captures Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex meetings, transcribes 45+ languages, stores notes/tasks/searchable history and can feed that context into deliverables. Automations can move data through native integrations, Zapier, webhooks and MCP. 23
Pricing & access
Current monthly pricing is straightforward but capacity-limited. Free Trial is $0; Basic is $17/month for one user; Pro is $29/user/month for up to 40 users; MAX is $39/user/month with a three-user minimum; Enterprise is custom and starts at ten users. Credits, client counts, brand packages, history and integration limits increase by tier. 2
All paid plans include unlimited meeting capture across Meet, Teams, Zoom and Webex. Pro adds advanced search, workspace automations, webhooks and MCP. MAX adds broader administrative controls including custom SSO and audit logs and exposes the HIPAA mode; enabling HIPAA disables some integrations that depend on third parties. 24
Evidence & trust
Sembly publishes a Trust Center and privacy/security documentation describing SOC 2 Type II controls, encryption, Azure infrastructure and US/EU data-hosting options. The company also states that Enterprise audio, video and text are not used for model training, while other plans can manage training use through opt-out settings. These are current first-party disclosures; AiToolMap did not independently audit the controls. 56
The evidence problem is product-surface timing. G2 currently shows 4.6/5 across 46 Sembly AI reviews and contains both strong praise for meeting capture, time savings and integrations and complaints about long-meeting handling, crashes, integration reliability, cost and support. Capterra and Trustpilot also surface the exact brand. But those corpora overwhelmingly evaluate Sembly before the September 8 launch of the new 3.0 deliverable-production surface. AiToolMap therefore uses them only as historical service and meeting-product context, not as a numeric rating input for Sembly 3.0. 789
No AiToolMap hands-on testing was performed.
Who it's for
Sembly 3.0 is most relevant to professional-services and client-delivery teams that repeatedly convert discovery calls, account history, reference documents and project knowledge into branded deliverables. Its strongest fit is where meeting intelligence and document production are part of the same workflow rather than separate tools. 1
It is less compelling for users who only need inexpensive transcription, teams unwilling to centralize client context in a SaaS platform, or buyers who require independently demonstrated 3.0 output quality before adoption.
Strengths & weaknesses
Strengths
integrated path from meetings and source material to editable PPTX/DOCX deliverables; persistent client context and brand packages; human approval before export; strong meeting-platform coverage; Zapier, webhooks and MCP; clear current pricing; mature privacy/security program relative to many new AI tools; historical user corpus indicates real adoption of the underlying meeting product. 125
Weaknesses
the signature 3.0 deliverable surface is brand new; current independent reviews mostly cover the old meeting assistant; credit/client/brand limits complicate capacity planning; MAX has a three-seat minimum; HIPAA mode disables some third-party integration paths; security and deliverable-quality claims remain primarily first-party for the new surface. 247
