AI sales agent for B2B websites that answers from approved content, identifies and scores visitors, books meetings and syncs qualified leads into sales workflows.
Free forever: 500 visitors/month. Paid pricing published by Widgo: Growth $249/month; higher tier $833/month. Terms state paid plans may bill monthly or yearly. Vendor pricing; no purchase tested.
Widgo is an AI sales agent installed on a B2B website. It answers visitor questions from approved website content and documents, cites the source, identifies company/person context, scores lead intent from 0 to 100, books meetings inside the conversation and syncs the resulting record into sales workflows.1
The current first-party surface also lists session replay, automated routing, Slack or Microsoft Teams notifications, HubSpot/Attio/Close CRM sync and support for 100+ languages.1 AiToolMap has not tested those workflows hands-on.
Pricing & access
Widgo can be started without a credit card. Its current comparison/pricing surface publishes a free-forever plan for up to 500 visitors per month plus paid price points of $249 and $833 per month.2 The terms state that paid plans may be billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew until cancelled.3
That is unusually transparent for an inbound-sales-agent category where many competitors are sales-led. Actual suitability still depends on traffic volume and required integrations; AiToolMap has not purchased or benchmarked a plan.
Evidence & trust
Widgo says responses are constrained to approved knowledge and that conversations are not used to train shared models.14 Its privacy policy describes collection of account data, crawled website content, conversation data and session metadata, with access/correction/export/deletion rights.4 The terms prohibit deceptive AI use, unlawful data collection and spam.3
The homepage also advertises SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA and GDPR-related controls.1 Those remain vendor assertions in this review; no independent audit report was inspected. The fixed 50-source panel found no eligible exact-product external numeric evidence: 44 sources returned no relevant current Widgo result and six were inaccessible through the lawful retrieval path. Product Hunt confirms the current Widgo launch and positioning, but its visible review history mixes older Paillor feedback, so those ratings are excluded from the current-product score.5
Who it's for
Widgo is best suited to B2B teams with meaningful website traffic and a sales motion built around demos or qualified inbound leads. The combination of grounded Q&A, identification, scoring, scheduling and CRM handoff can replace several loosely connected point tools for a smaller revenue team.1
It is a weaker fit where independently validated security controls, a mature verified-user corpus or extensive hands-on reliability evidence are prerequisites before deployment.
Strengths & weaknesses
Strengths
broad inbound-sales workflow coverage; answers constrained to approved sources; visitor identification and scoring; in-chat booking; CRM and Slack/Teams handoff; 100+ languages; free-forever entry tier; published paid prices; self-service setup.12
Weaknesses
newly launched/repositioned current surface; sparse independent exact-product evidence; no eligible external panel rating or benchmark; security/compliance claims are primarily vendor-supplied; pricing rises sharply from the free tier to paid plans; current Product Hunt review history is not cleanly separable from legacy Paillor feedback.5
