Wispr Flow 1.6.721 adds Otter import and expands team administration

Wispr Flow has released desktop version 1.6.721 with a set of changes spanning its Notetaker and team-administration surfaces. The most visible addition is direct import of Otter.ai transcripts: users can bring exported meetings into Notetaker, preserve speaker names and let the import continue in the background while they work.\n\nThe release also expands controls for organizations. Admins can assign a team while inviting a new member, including during bulk invitations, and can share dictionary entries at organization or department scope. Wispr is also exposing a self-serve Growth plan through its admin portal, with dictation-only and Notetaker-inclusive configurations rather than requiring every team to go through a sales process.\n\nA smaller change addresses a recurring desktop workflow problem: pending updates are now supposed to wait until the user is inactive instead of restarting Flow in the middle of active work. The September 5 product-update thread in the Wispr Flow community repeats the v1.6.721 feature set and specifically highlights that behavior as a quality-of-life improvement.\n\nThe Otter-import capability itself had supporting documentation before the September 4 release announcement, so AiToolMap treats September 4 as the product-release milestone rather than claiming the underlying importer was first built that day.
