General-purpose autonomous AI workspace whose Super Agent combines multiple models, tools and specialist agents for research, content, data, coding and communication tasks.
The current mobile and web product covers research, document drafting, presentations, spreadsheets, software projects, meeting transcription, images, video and audio. AI Developer integrates with GitHub workflows for code editing and pull requests. AI Chat exposes models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and others; Genspark markets its model-routing layer as a mixture-of-agents approach rather than a single-model assistant.
The workspace also includes AI Drive storage and specialized tools such as Designer, Photo Genius, Clip Genius, AI Pods and Deep Research. Separate products such as Speakly, GenTeam and cloud-computer/Claw tooling expand the ecosystem, but evidence about those adjacent apps should not be transferred to the core Genspark AI Workspace.
Free users receive 100 credits per day. Current Plus pricing starts at $24.99/month or $239.99/year and includes 10,000 monthly credits, 50 GB AI Drive and commercial-use rights. Pro is $249.99/month or $2,399.99/year with 125,000 credits and 1 TB storage. Team is $30 per seat/month with 12,000 credits per seat plus admin controls, SSO/SAML, invoices and connector management. Enterprise pricing is sales-led.
Genspark also advertises unlimited core AI Chat and AI Image Agent usage for paid plans under abuse-prevention/session guardrails. Credits are still consumed by many other complex operations. Failed generations are not charged, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. This design explains why a subscription can feel generous for chat yet restrictive for video, heavy agent tasks or repeated generation. 123
The strongest exact-product user evidence comes from the mobile stores. Google Play currently shows Genspark AI Workspace at about 4.6/5 from roughly 101,000 reviews and more than one million downloads. Apple’s US App Store shows roughly 4.7/5 from about 4,000 ratings. These are exact-product surfaces and are far more representative than the small G2 corpus.
G2’s current seller/product surface is much smaller, showing about 3.7/5 from six reviews. Positive reviews emphasize turning broad research into structured finance deliverables and combining research, writing and presentation work in one place. Earlier negative feedback focuses heavily on token/credit economics. Because the sample is tiny relative to app-store evidence, G2 is useful qualitatively but should carry limited numeric weight.
Trustpilot is more mixed: about 3.5/5 from 333 reviews. The recent review summary and individual posts repeatedly praise presentation generation, deep research, model variety and support while criticizing fast credit depletion, subscription/billing surprises and occasional interface or reliability issues. Trustpilot is an exact-domain service-experience surface; it is material for customer experience but should not be transferred wholesale into an output-quality score.
Cybernews published a hands-on 2026 review covering research, structured content and Super Agent tasks, finding particular strength in research synthesis and structured first drafts. That provides more useful task-level validation than funding coverage. Axios and TechCrunch separately report a $2.6B valuation and substantial financing in 2026; those are maturity/adoption signals, not evidence that generated work is accurate.
Independent evidence includes exact-product app-store reviews, G2, Trustpilot and current company reporting from Axios and TechCrunch. General model benchmarks are not treated as product-level evidence for the integrated Genspark workspace. 45678910
Genspark is a strong fit for users who regularly move between research, drafting, presentations, spreadsheets, coding and media creation and value a single workspace over separate subscriptions. It is particularly attractive when model choice matters but the user does not want to manually manage many providers.
It is less attractive for users with predictable high-volume generation workloads who are sensitive to marginal credit cost. Teams that already have best-of-breed tools for each workflow may also find the all-in-one advantage less compelling.
