Kupid's current subscriptions page shows Pro and Ultra plans under a prominent promotional discount. At the verified web surface, Pro is displayed at $3.44 per week against a $12.99 reference price and Ultra at $5.75 per week against $24.99. The page also exposes weekly, yearly and lifetime selectors, but the crawler renders overlapping billing copy, including a $299/year line, so those promotional figures should not be generalized into a single stable annual or lifetime price. ²

Current plan allowances are clearer than total long-term cost. Pro lists 25 photos, 8 videos and 12 minutes of voice messages per week, memory of the last 100 messages and up to four custom companions. Ultra raises those allowances to 75 photos, 25 videos, 35 voice minutes and eight custom companions. The Terms also document a separate Coin layer and state that subscriptions/digital products are generally non-refundable after access or use. ²³

Trustpilot shows 2.2/5 from 13 reviews, with recent complaints about short or inconsistent memory, abrupt conversational changes, billing/refund disputes and support outcomes. It is a weaker fit for users who prioritize predictable pricing, strong refund flexibility, short retention, enterprise controls, an API, open-source deployment or extensive independent testing. Users handling intimate or identifying information should pay particular attention to the six-year post-closure retention language and the possibility of manual review when content is flagged.
