Secret Desires publishes substantially more trust documentation than many adult companion platforms. Its March 2026 Trust Hub says conversations are not used for model training, that AI providers are selected for zero-retention processing, that users may operate pseudonymously, and that account deletion is available from settings. There is an important wording tension to keep in mind: the security page says provider-processed messages are immediately discarded, while the Trust Hub and product itself also say conversation history is stored so companions can remember context. The most reasonable reading is that third-party inference processing may be zero-retention while Secret Desires itself stores account-linked conversation history; users should not interpret “zero retention” as meaning the service stores no chat history at all. 45
The privacy policy says the service is not designed for under-18s and the signup flow requires users to confirm they are 18 or older, but the Trust Hub also says identity verification is not required. The transparency page says the platform uses automated and human moderation and actions CSAM, unauthorized celebrity likenesses, non-consensual deepfakes and non-consensual content.
