AI-first security-operations offering that combines Zscaler telemetry and specialized agents to group, enrich, triage and recommend responses for threats and exposures.
Zscaler Agentic SOC is an AI-first security-operations offering built around Zscaler's Data Fabric for Security and Zero Trust Exchange telemetry. It aggregates alerts from Zscaler and third-party tools, maps related entities into threat stories, enriches incidents with identity, asset, vulnerability and network context, and uses specialized AI agents for grouping, triage, investigation, verdicts and response recommendations. 1 2
The response layer can invoke native Zscaler controls and third-party workflows. Product documentation describes URL, file and source-IP controls, multi-step playbooks, SOAR/ITSM integration and a progression from human-led execution to full automation. This is materially broader than a chatbot-style SOC copilot because the product is designed to connect analysis to enforcement. 1
Agentic SOC is available globally, according to Zscaler's September 9, 2026 launch announcement. No public standalone list price was verified; access is enterprise/contact-sales oriented and is especially tied to the value of existing Zscaler telemetry and controls. 2
That makes value difficult to score precisely without a quote. For established Zscaler customers, native telemetry and enforcement may reduce integration and SIEM-ingestion overhead; for organizations without a substantial Zscaler footprint, the proposition is less directly comparable to standalone SOC automation products.
Zscaler provides unusually detailed product documentation for alert grouping, context enrichment, attack-path mapping, evidence-backed verdicts and response playbooks. The launch announcement also identifies model partnerships with Anthropic and OpenAI and says specialized agents are informed by Zscaler threat intelligence and SOC/MDR experience. Those are vendor disclosures rather than independent performance measurements. 1 2
Help Net Security independently reports the new product and its context graph, specialized agents, threat intelligence and continuous threat-hunting/support surface, but its feature description largely reflects the launch announcement and does not provide an independent efficacy test. 3
Automated SOC actions can have direct production impact. Incorrect containment can block legitimate users, files, URLs or network paths, while a false negative can leave an active intrusion uncontained. Zscaler explicitly supports human-led responses as well as fuller automation; organizations should stage autonomy according to confidence, blast radius and reversibility rather than treating AI recommendations as automatically safe. 1
The product also centralizes highly sensitive security telemetry across identity, endpoint, network, cloud and third-party systems. Buyers should evaluate access controls, retention, model/data handling and incident-response governance within their own Zscaler contract and deployment. AiToolMap does not infer those customer-specific controls from general platform claims.
The fixed 50-source panel found no eligible exact-product numeric user-rating evidence: 45 sources returned no relevant exact-product result and five were inaccessible. Broader Zscaler ratings are not imputed to this newly launched product. No AiToolMap hands-on test was performed.
Agentic SOC is best aligned with mature security teams already using Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange that want to connect exposure context, alert triage, investigation and containment in a common operating surface. It also suits teams seeking to keep a SIEM for storage/compliance while reducing the volume of raw telemetry forwarded into it. 1
It is less attractive to buyers seeking transparent list pricing, a lightweight standalone SOC agent, or a product with a mature independent exact-surface review corpus.
rich native zero-trust telemetry; context graph; cross-tool alert unification; specialized triage/investigation agents; attack-path visualization; human-led and automated response modes; native inline containment; third-party SOAR/ITSM paths; global availability at launch. 1 2
exact product is brand new; no eligible numeric user-review evidence; efficacy and machine-speed outcome claims are predominantly vendor-authored; no public standalone price; strongest value depends on Zscaler platform adoption; automated containment creates material false-positive/blast-radius risk.
